Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must have a returns form attached to each parcel or package.  Follow the three steps for getting your refund or exchange.



Download and fill in this form.  Make sure you put it in with your returns.



Package all goods Securely and post using a tracked method for proof of postage.



Track your Items. It will take between 2 – 5 days to process once we have received them.

All returns must be sent to this address (with the returns form inside the packaging):

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer’s expense in new resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original proof of purchase.

We suggest for your own protection you use Royal Mail Recorded post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

If you wish to exchange a product for an alternative item which is within 30 days of receipt, please also follow the return process listed above but include in your return note the item that you wish to exchange for as well as the size and colour where applicable. On receipt of your return we will contact you to discuss the re-shipping of your exchange, please include a daytime telephone number or email contact as well as your order reference with your return. Exchanges will be sent free of charge for UK Mainland customers. Non UK and overseas customers can request a re-delivery quote before, or upon returning their exchangeable goods.

Please note that any items that have been customised, personalised, used for filming, production or photo shoots are non-returnable.
